Employing a professional toastmaster ensures the smooth running of the function at a fraction of the cost of your other expenses. The relief from many of the stresses of the day is more than worth it.
Services:
Before the day
- All information gathered, organised and stored.
- Availability for any advice/information/consultation on protocol, procedure and etiquette with the client as required.
On the day
- Early arrival at venue for preliminary checks.
- Greets Bride and Bridegroom on arrival.
- Directs guests according to arrangements with hotel/caterers.
- Liaison with photographer and videographer.
- Organises Bridal Party receiving line.
- Announces readiness of the Wedding Breakfast.
- Announces entrance of the Bride and Bridegroom into the Banqueting Hall and escort them to their places.
- Say Grace or introduce the family choice to do so.
Organises the cutting of the Wedding Cake Ceremony.- Introduces proposer of the Toast to the Bride and Bridegroom.
- Introduces Bridegroom to respond and to propose Toast to any attendants (ensure bouquets/presents are to hand during this speech).
- Introduces Best Man to respond and read out messages.
- Closes formalities and give out any necessary notices.
All the above delivered in style, dressed in the traditional red or black coated uniform and following consultation with the Host, Hostess, Bride and Bridegroom and the Venue.
